Frustrating, Bad service!

Ive been trying to get a Discovery Credit card for the past 4 months. Ive wasted so much of my time and airtime just trying to get this card. Im on Gold status and earn more than 30k a month, and still they say ive got bad credit. So what I did was to get a credit history report on Transunion, and guess what!? there is no bad history or anything. I just opened an account to buy a tv and was granded credit. So what the is Discoveries problem? Everytime there is a new consultant that calls back or their favourite thing they do is send you that 'notice of decline' letter. Ive managed to work with a service consultant by the name of Craig Suttie, but this guy doesnt call you back, makes promises to call and doesnt, doesnt reply on emails and leaves you completely in the dark Im so fed up with discovery that I want to cancel all my things by them, I pay R2000 a month to them and it feels to me that im not getting a good sevice.

Even when I took out this my consultant in Newcastle promised me they will set up a Will, its been 2 years and no consultant has gotten back to me, its funny to see how greedy these companies are to sign you up and in the end its very frustrating and disap
