Hi. not sure if you can assist, but please forward this to the relevant dept that deals with the old ABSA? UNIBANK accounts. i settled my account in august 2005 and found out the other day that debt back has listed a default on my name with ITC. i want this sorted out as JJ from debt back just does not come back to me. she has confimed that she can see the settlement of R5000.00 and that her client ABS? UNIBANK also confirmed the closing of the account. can you please get debt back to remove the default asap and to get back to me as this is affecting my credit profile. thank you
