I am under debt review and am in the process of closing my accounts. Out of my many creditors Standard Bank is the only one who assisted me quickly and efficiently. I mistakenly transferred the settlement amount for my one standard bank account into the wrong account and they transferred it to the correct account within the next two days. I was also amazed when I requested paid up letters on both my accounts with them and received them the next day. I requested the same letters from some my other creditors last week Monday already and I am still waiting.
So thanks Standard Bank for the wonderful service and making it a pleasure to pay my accounts with you and not the mission it seems to be with everyone else.
