I applied for a cheque card and a credit card in December, Nedbank was quick to get back to me and assure me they would arrange it all. The credit card was declined because they need my proof of residence and ID even though i have a home loan with them? Never the less i left it and was told the cheque card would be sent via courier. Well we are now on the 19th of Fed and i am still waiting.
So i will now be trying another bank for my finances as nedbank does not seem interested.
