My Bakkie was on the 11th January 2013, to date I have received little and no feedback on when the claim will be settled. The assessor does not give me ANY feedback and it has been 5 weeks already. This is unacceptable as I have to sit without a vehicle for 5 weeks now! I spoke to them on Thursday 14 February 2013 and emailed them on the 15 February 2013, the response was that they will get back to me on Monday 18 February 2013 at 11:00. it is now Tuesday 19 February 2013 and I still haven't heard anything.
