On the 25January 2013 I sent a email to OMSTA regarding the status of my policy, on the same day I received a email back stated that within 2 working days a DEDICATED ADMINISTRATOR will respond to my enquiry and inform me of the progress.
Nine working days later on 7February 2013, Jason Patience of Client Services send me a email that the relevant business area will liaise with me shortly.
Sixteen working days later and I'm still waiting for that Dedicated Administrators feedback!!!
