My husband had the misfortune of being smashed into at a robot, by a guy racing through a red light, back in June 2011. To have the car repaired, we paid excess and were told that we'd be repaid by our insurance, who would claim it from the guilty party's insurance. Countless e-mails later, we have still had no feedback on when to expect this money, eventhough the last word was that legal fees had changed hands, so there was definitely movement on the case. How much longer to we need to wait and who do I need to raise this with for some co-operation, please?
