I reported a leaking pipe on 3 January in my Bathroom. Original assessment was done by plumber send by Auto & General who indicated damage to tiles (Cannot find replacement tiles), Bath (made bubbles from below), cupboard and carpets. The pipe was fixed but nothing done about the rest up to today. I am sitting with holes in tiles for more than a month now. I am referred to supplier who refer me back to A & G as there is misunderstanding. Last week I was told that they await quote from plumber regarding the work to be finished and then they will pay me the difference. Today I was told that only the cupboard will be fixed and paid out. What about the rest of the damaged stuff? I asked for contact number of manager but there is also no answer. I called on numerous occasions in the last month and a half without getting positive feedback and calls also don't get returned. If this is the type of service I can expect going forward then I will have to think of going to someone more professional and deposit my monthly contribution there.
