I wanted to send money oversees, and no help

I went to Absa Rosebank this morning to send money to China via western union. first of all when i got there i went to tellers the lady sent me upstairs, when i got there they sent me downstairs, where the old lady told me that i need to open up a personal profile but i need to go to the other area of the bank, when i got there the receptionist told me that i must wait for Miriam she is the one who can help me, i waited for her they told me that she went to the kitchen i waited for almost 30 minutes i asked them if she's on lunch they said no but shes still in the kitchen by that time there was a new reception the one i was talking to the first time she was on lunch, when i asked the second one to help me she said Miriam doesn't even know how to open up a personal profile and they even asked the manager and she said she's coming, when i asked for anyone who can help me they told me only the manager can help me and they cant find her, then i left.

im tired of the incompetent staff at that bank it was my first and last time visiting that branch, i had to waist closed to an hour in that branch for NOTHING.
