Disappointed NEW client to FNB

I switched account last year in November because of the benefits FNB was offering to their clients.
The main reason was because of the Ebucks.
The transaction with switching banks was not a problem.
It was the terms and conditions of earning Ebucks was a problem.
Being a new client the consultants should have advised me of how to earn Ebucks and what are the terms and conditions.
Since it was going to be December we tend to spend a lot and I wanted to earn as many Ebucks as possible.
Before the month of December could come to an end I called the Ebucks call center and ask the consultants what are the qualifying criteria and they advised me that I need to have deposited a minimum of R5500.00 and transact on the internet or cellphone banking.
Ok so I went and deposited more money in my account as my salary was not switched in December and purchased airtime via cellphone banking.
I called again in January they told me i dont qualify. The lady then checked all my transactions and said no that I do actually qualif
