My debit order was supposed to be deducted by wonga on Saturday 09/02/2013. Money was in the account all the time and not debit order of mine failed ever. Wonga debited my account Sunday midnight 11/02/2013.
I got shocked on Monday receiving a call to ask when i will be paying. I explained that the debit order was taken off by wonga. The lady said no problem they will find the payment and close the loan.
I got another shock today Friday 15/02/2013 to see that they are keeping on charging me late fee's and interest.
I called the callcenter and spoke to quite a rude and arrogant agent just saying I need to email my bank statement to prove that I paid the amount...
I feel treated like rubbish... Wow no respect for customers. After taking quite regular loans from wonga I think this will be my last. There are other companies like boodle that is better than wonga...
