No Delivery after confirmation

I've being waiting from December for delivery to take place of a Laptop I've ordered in November. After phoning and being given one number after another, putting in complaints, I have tp hear the department lost my order, then phoning again, after delivery was promised I was told the department is closed. But I received a sms payment is due. Eventually I got a call from FNB telling me that there is a investigation against this department, and the matter will be resolved asap. 2 Days ago I got a sms from Digital Planet saying my order is ready, someone will contact for confirmation of delivery address. Yesterday I got a call to make sure if they must deliver at home or work, where I was told, 1-3 day depending on my area. I phoned just know to make sure when delivery is scheduled as I will be out the office for the rest of the day. After holding on for 10 minutes, there were a problem with my order again. The lady told me the laptop I ordered were discontinued and replaced with a different one. So I have to confirm they can send me the "new" one, then it will be send off to dispatched and then to courier for delivery. Why did no one phone me, and yesterday delivery were confirmed.
