BAD BAD SERVICE!!!

The above policy has a part surrender request. My broker started with the request on 31/01/2013 and was informed that Old Mutual Finance has to cancel the session on the policy. On the same dayhe requested this and after numerous telephone calls daily it was cancelled the 7/02/2013 after being told it was lost in the system. I then received the quote for the partial withdrawal on the morning of the 8th of Febr 2013 and faxed it to OM at about 14h00 the same day with the quote, id, and bank statement.. On the 11/02/2013 the morning the broker confirmed with the call centre that they received the documents. When heI followed up the next day (12/2/2013) he was informed that a Surrender Application needs also to be completed, which we did and submitted via fax on the 12/02/2013 14h45. he confirmed the morning of 13/02/2013 that the documentation was received and that it is due for finalizing. He followed up the 14 th again and a urgent request for finalizing. This morning he followed up again and it was still in finalizing. As you can see the process started on the 31/01/2013 and lots of delay's especially at Old Mutual Finance in canceling the session occurred.
This is pathetic
