I have to take my hat off to Kelebogile for her fantastic service and approach after letting her know that I was unhappy about the increase in premium on my existing short-term cover. She assured me that due to my stable and good historical background account with 1st for Women Insurance underwritten by Auto & General for over 10 years she immediately reverted my premium to what I am currently paying.
Although I must admit that I had received several quotations from other insurance companies, none of these matched favourably to what I currently have. Also I was never entirely interested to change my insurer as I have always been happy with 1st for Women and the excellent service they offer. The result of this is obvious.
Why change your insurer when you know what you got rather than taking a chance by jumping into the unknown.
