Billing that i paid last year and im still listed

I'm very upset with FNB I had an outstanding account with FNB for R1900.00
I left to Swaziland for a few months and changed the account over to Nedbank, When I got back FNB put a default on my name agreed it'smy fault.
But I went to FNB midrand I spoke to an Indian lady that says I need to pay this account and I will be removed... keep in mind this is Nov last year.
I paid the full amount same day and I got my slip that I needed to fax to transunion for them to remove this default .they said they can't do anything FNB needs to contact them
So all I asked was to get the default removed and the only way this can get done is if FNB contacts them and get this removed .and it's still not done!!!
I went to FNB lenasia the manager give me a letter still transunion needs FNB to sort this thing out??? WHAT MUST I DO???
I have paid this account up...
NOTE!!! WHEN ALL THIS WAS GOING ON I CALLED TO OPEN MY ACCOUNT AND THEY DID WITH THAT DEFAULT AND I USE THIS ACCOUNT TODAY... SO IF THAT CAN HAPPEN WHY CAN THEY REMOVE THE DEFAULT?
If nothing happens I'm going to tag this on FACEBOOK, TWITTER... Beep bank is going to be very busy!!
