Bought 2 x airtime from MTN on internet banking on the 22 January 2013. I never received the airtime. I double checked that the detail was correct and then phoned ABSA. I was told that on that particular day they had problems with airtime but they will follow up with me. Up to now nobody bothered to come back to me or contact me. I have contacted ABSA via email also and still no response! I think ABSA's customer service is very poor.
