NIMBLE COLLECTIONS WILL NOT CLEAR CREDIT PROFILE

When I became unemployed Capitec handed 2 seperate loans over to Nimble Collections and the credit bureaus. When I started work I started repaying R2 000 per month towards the loans and requested that R1 500 be allocated to the one month loan and R500 to the twelve month loan so the the one month loan could be settled first and removed from my credit profile. After I settled the one month loan in September 2012 Nimble informed me that the two loans were handed over to them as one amount even though the credit bureaus have listed it as two seperate loans and I would have to settle the full amount before they could update my credit profile. I was also told this by Capitec and Norman Bisset. I have refused to continue payment untill they clear my credit profile regarding the one month loan. They are refusing to do this
