I tried to obtain my archive statements during December. I wanted statements from October 2010 till June 2011. I was only able to obtain statements from November 2010 having missed the cut off for archived statements for October with about 4 days. I filled out the "contact us" tab to request that I can please just get October 2010's statement as I only missed the deadline with 4 days for statements to still be requested or alternatively asked how I can obtain same through other means. I am still waiting for a reply. I urgently need the October statement covering the period from the 1st of October 2010.
