Bad Attitute& Unfriendly service. I want my REFUND

I contacted FFW to cancel my policy effective 13 Jan 2013. I cant remember the name of the lady I spoke to at the call center but she was absolutely rude. First of all she told me that I will not recieve a pro rata payment/refund for the remaining days of the month of January that I have paid for. I asked her politely to explain to me why not and she just told me that it is in the terms and conditions of my policy.

What kind of service is that. I further requested her to email me the terms and conditions so that i can read them and confirm that indeed I am not due for a refund. SHE BLATENTLY TOLD ME THAT SHE CANT!! then she says she can post them to me but they will arrive after 4 weeks. I am really disappointed in the service and the company. I have been a ffw policy holder for 2 years, i pay a premium of R3k a month and have never paid. U want to tell me that now ffw will not refund me the remaining days of my 1 month premium and they will keep this money for their own bottom line even if they are not providing me cover. THIS IS .
