Nedbank kept my money

I have a large amount of money invested at Nedbank. I gave notice yesterday to transfer a sum of money from my investment account, requiring one day's notice. I filled in all the forms as required. Today I went to draw cash from my account the money was supposed to have been deposited into. There was NO MONEY! I needed the cash urgently as I had commitments to meet. The last thing I said to the person at Nedbank, was to confirm that my money would be available today! The person did so confirm. When I phoned the Help line I was told the branch had NOT bothered paying my money over, but had KEPT the money in their own account!!! This is now costing me huge hassles because of their incompetence. This also means I am going to have to go to the branch tomorrow and try to sort out their mess, costing me time and money. Due to this incompetence I will now withdraw my large investment and offer it to another bank that is more competent. Thanks for NOTHING, Nedbank!
