I am this close to completely losing it. I have been put through to the same switchboard now 6 times, and every time they say I am at the wrong place!!! Asking to speak to a manager is not even getting me anywhere!!!

I need authorization to make online payments, and if FNB can't provide me with this simple service, then I will have to go with another Bank that can. Buying online is not supposed to be this difficult, and yet I struggle to do this one simple thing that my entire business is dependent from!!! (and I am not talking about making payments from my online banking... this seems to be very hard to grasp... I am trying to pay Google on from Google Adwords website completely different to FNB online banking website... it's called credit card payments... online... NOT online banking!!!
