Ignorance to assist with problem

I am not a client with First Natinal Bank, but complaining on behalf of a client of FNB about the disgrace of total ignorance in assisting this pensioner after his banking card was used in a way to buy airtime to the amount of a mere R200.00 in August 2012, because he doesn't have access to a computer to make use of writing a report on Hellopeter. A friendly assistant at the Modimolle branch, a lady by the name of Antoinette, send a dispute letter on several dates, 07/08/2012, 15/10/2012 and in January 2013 to Head Office, to now prevail!!! I am a customer with ABSA Bank and twice money was withdrawn for my account in a way and both times the money was deposited back into my account in a matter of ONE WEEK... that is ABSA!!! FNB on the other hand, is all fancy advertisements and nothing more. I presume that even this complaint, will be ignored by FNB.
