Standard bank sent me an sms on the 5th Jan to say that my credit card is over due. The payment was made on the 29/12/12. I contacted them the same day and confirmed with the agent on the phone that the payment was indeed paid and reflected, this payment reflected as a "credit" on their side.

This is the 2nd time, after being told that this was sorted last month. Right!

I do not care what your system tells you, that is your problem. the system fault is YOUR problem. I dont care about YOUR problem. I make my payments timeously every month without fail

Stop sending me SMS;s and voice mails. If you want to speak to me, take the time to call me and sort out the issue. Your customer service is pathetic. Make sure the individual who is going to call me has answers about this.
