My brother passed away on December 21st 2012, he was a client of legal wise and had an active funeral cover with his policy. We submitted the documents required by Legal Wise for the claim early this year (1st week of January) and we were provided with the reference/Policy number: 12131236.
Since then no feedback has been provided and when my mother went to inquire yesterday (all the way from Newcastle to Durban) She was informed her claim had not been processed and as per Jackie 0112462400 the documents were only submitted today.
The upsetting part is that we still owe the funeral home and they require the balance of the funeral proceedings as it has been done, only to find our claim was not attended to at all.
