THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY WANT

I was applying for credit, and submitted all required documents which are, 3 months payslip, 3 months banking statement, Identity document and proof of residential address. When they were doing the application for me, they found that I on my bank statement I had a temporary loan with Fnb, so they asked me to get a letter from Fnb stating that I have paid up my temporary loan and that I owe nothing towards the temporary loan. So I called Fnb to issue me with that drafted letter, and it was such a hastle because I had to make numerous calls to Fnb in order to get that letter. Eventually I did get the letter and then went back to Capitec bank to apply for credit, then both the consultant and the bank branch manager told me that the letter is actually useless because it does not state that the temporary loan account has been closed, so therefore I have to go back to Fnb to get another letter stating that it is closed. Now if this was mentioned to me the first time, then it wouldn't be a problem, because now I have to go through the same thing! I know it's Captec's money but it's not my fault! I am sure there is something Capitec can do but they just don't want to!
