I have a complaint about Wonga.
On 3 Feb I received a call at work from one of your consultants. She was extremely rude - she insisted I provide her with my personal information before telling me the nature of her call. I am loathe to give out ANY personal information over the phone when I have no idea who I am really speaking to.
She then went on to enquire as to why I have not paid my Wonga loan. I told her the debit order went off and I have already taken an additional loan! She then said that the system takes a few days to update!
This is embarrassing to me as she phoned me at work, it is unprofessional - get your facts straight before phoning clients!
I am not impressed. I sent an email to Wonga on 3 Feb but no one has bothered to respond to me!
