We have had various problems with my mother's (79 yo) accounts, e.g. signatories, Internet limits, Stan lib etc. One call to Mrs van der Walt and within hours everything solved regular feedback - something others could not do for some time now. To add to this - it is now the second time... She is the only reason my Mom still banks with Standard Bank and have not moved to my bank. Well done and many thanks.
