On the 31st January, Fnb deducted money from my account for a loan coming years back and they took the whole amount outstanding after i have made an arrangement with them.
they just took the whole amount and when i phoned i was advised that the arranged with the lady didn't specify the date when this money should be deducted from my account or it was agreed that i would be paying cash instead of them doing a debit order.
that was strange because i don't see why we would agree on cash payment and not a debit order like they were doing and not agree on a date either. I wonder if they record their calls.
the consultant i spoke to advised me that they will refund me and the money should be in my account within 7 days.
when i phone there, you can't speak to a supervisor or manager and they tell you that admin department is handling it and they have escalated to the supervisor whom you are not allowed to speak to.
i am not getting any answer from them and if they agreed to refund me and stick to the arrangement i wouldn't be bothering them, but they promised me.
i am so irritated with FNB, unprofessionalism.
i need someone to tell me when to expect this money as they have agreed!
