I joined Legalwise as they promised better service, advice, etc than the other legal service I was perviously a member of.
I have been a member for a month and have put through 2 queries. I have not received any feedback or answers to my queries.
The other Legal service, even through they could not help with everything I needed still replied back either same day to the morning the day after the query was submitted.
If I don't get any answer from Legalwise soon, I will be cancelling the membership.
