Statement - No Feedback

I have a credit card with FNB, this account has a Petrol card linked to it. I am trying to pay the full amount outstanding on this account but before I can do that, I require a statement which does not include the transactions & interest fees of the petrol card as this will be paid separately. So on the 25th of January I phoned the call centre to ask if it was possible to get 2x seperate statements (Just once off) I was then told to email my request to the Card division, which I did, and then received an automated reply saying someone will respond within 48 hours. After a week of not hearing anything back from anyone I decided to follow up myself and was told again to forward another email to the card division, and so I did. It is now the 12th of Feb I still have not had any response. Whether they are able to do this for me or not, I expected someone to atleast inform me... Very disappointed with the service.
