My Aunt lost her husband in April 2012, who died at work (Sun bake also known as Food co). there were arrangements made for her to get provident fund from the company NBC the lady who was arranging works for HR department at Sun bake her name is Lungelo 9011 748 5700).
Up until this day she has not received any funds for her husband who died at work.
She was later told that she needs to contact the provident fund company on her own, she than dealt with Thapelo (010 206 0794) who always requested the same documents even after she has submitted which is a Resolution letter.
