I canceled my Budget Insurance Policy on the 24th of January 2013, and confirmed that I will no longer be making use of Budget, but have obtained ither Insurance. Budget confirmed TWICE that the Insurance had been cancelled, and still after that deducted monies from my account twice. Really!?
I simply want them to give back my money, and provide me with proof that I have been removed from their system, and that NO more funds will be unlawfully deducted from my account.
I have never received any bad service from Budget, but this is now really leaving a sour taste in my mouth! I have always been keen to promote Budget Insurance, but will definitely think twice in future!!
