I requested to have two travel insurance policies cancelled on 17 January 2013. On 18 January I received confirmation that both policies were cancelled and I was promised that I would be refunded within 15 days. It is now the 11th February 2013 and I still have not had my refund!! Call centre agents responses range from "I have passed it on to so-and-so and am waiting to hear from him/her" to "Sorry, there is still no feedback about your refund."
