Standard Bank gives Standard service

I went to exchange 900 worth of coins into notes. instead of Lerato Motsusi explaning that i should divide the R1s into 20xR1 in each bankie and seperate the new R5 from the old ones she just gives me the plastic bags and says put the coins into the plastics not in envelopes. She then goes on to tell me she will not help me since by then she will be at lunch. there are 8 Teller-Stations but only 3 people working during lunch. Lunch time is the busiest time you'd think the people handling our money are smarter than us "average-joes" i was shocked to see another teller go on lunch and we were left with 2 Tellers helping over 20 people. right next door is ABSA with a line than has 8 people, their lines always move quicker.
I guess i shouldnt be upset, they do call themselves "Standard Bank" this is why i get "Standard service"
