I've discovered to my cost that if you use the Standard Bank Android App, when making a payment it does not pull all the information stored on the beneficiary details. If you have set a proof of payment to be sent when you make a payment, this information is not available to the android app. It gives you access to send a proof of payment. If you don't fill it in, no proof is sent, even though the profile for that beneficiary has "send proof of payment loaded". Which means that you have to go online to get the email address. So that function is pointless on the app. If it can pull in the beneficiary details, Was this such a big job for the programme developer?
