NO REFUND

I would like to lay a complaint as i had been charged for receiving a NEW CHIP Bank card which i did not NEED or request as there was nothing wrong with my card. i went to the store in tygervalley and advised about the card that worked in the morning however upon withdrawing money as well as swiping the card did not work and i went to the bank to ask for help in which they called and customer care advised i need a new card, i refused to pay for a new one because it was not my fault and with that said they advised i will be refunded TO DATE I WAS STILL NOT REFUNDED OF MY MONEY and STILL WAITING!!!
