I finished paying off a car I financed with Stannic Vehicle Finance.
I gave Standard Bank the correct forms and a request to hand over the vehicle registration papers.
They did not respond to my request and to this day I still have not been able to collect my papers.
The car was paid off at the end of February 2012. I contacted them numerous times, and they keep on promising but nothing has happened and I have not even received a phone call from them.
Now my car is unlicensed because I can't license it without the registration papers.
I would like Stannic to contact me urgently and correct this matter otherwise I will be forced to take legal action with the consumer protection council.
