You can always rely on dial direct. I have just spoken to Vulisango Dyantyi at the call centre. His manner and attitude was excellent and he was very helpful regarding my premium increase enquiry. Besides the bucks back bonus every four years that dial direct offers, there yearly increase is almost like zero. I will never need to change my insurance company again.
