Recently my mother's car got, i dreaded the fact that i had to help her to put the claim in at the insurance company, knowing insurance companies are NEVER helpfull, but i did anyway. This was my personal, first dealing with Alexander Forbes. To my delight, from step one, i was assisted in a friendly, professional, caring manner.
I fortunately, dealt with a fantastic lady, Thandiwe Tshabala, who was bubbly, friendly, caring and extremely helpful, wow, this impressed me, as i had do deal with her on a consistent basis. Also dealt with the investigator, Robin Oelofsen, that was a true treasure in a uncomfortable situation.
The panelbeaters used, Cranbourne panelbeaters, Benoni, also gave us exceptional service.
I am now considering changing my excisting insurance to Alexander Forbes!
I would recommend this company to anyone, thank you guys for doing your utter best for my mother, keep it up... these days you don't find customer service anymore...
