Don't see my Payment

I wasn't able to make payments on my RCS account and then they gave it over to the attorneys. When i was able to make payments again they send me to this person or that number ect.(just to get the balance on my account) eventually when i got to speak to someone there were TWO payments they can't see...(they told me were must contact my bank)
I did send them the proof of payments as well as my Bank Statements for those two payments and since then NO feedback on what is happening...
Also when i made this month's payment those two amounts are still not deducted?
What do i need to do???
