It was time again for my policy review, and just like previous years, I was assisted quickly and efficiently.
I am grateful that Dial Direct understands the current economic situation we find ourselves in and that they were once again able to offer me low low premiums and excellent service. :-) Your call centre staff are most friendly and understanding, always making a plan to help were possible. Their turn around time on written correspondance is also very good.
