Just before leaving on holiday to Namibia I went to the Cape Gate branch to make an investment and was assisted by a very friendly Darren who could not be more helpful. He answered all questions efficiently and if he did not know an answer, contacted a colleague immediately. During my visit to Namibia, I had issues transferring the deposit across from ABSA and he helped all the way ensuring the deposit was backdated to the original date. He also went the extra mile assisting to get my profile number which I lost after my phone broke. This is not even his department but he contacted a number of departments to get this for me.
