We (myself, my fiance, my son in law who was driving at the time of accident) had a claim on the 08 december 2012, it took a week for Iwyze to register the claim whats funny we were contacting them to register but they always saying that they will call us back of which they never did, final the claim was logged, we forwarded the required docs that were requested, we asked Neo (claim consultant to confirm when she receives it, she never, we had to email/call her to check if she did only to find that she did not, we resent it.after the vehicle was assessed we had to call them to follow up on the progress that is when we notified that the vehicle was a write off.after that Neo called me once to request the original documents, everything was forwarded to them. AS USUAL WE CALLED TO CHECK IF SHE RECEIVED IT, THEY CONFIRM AND ADVISED THAT PAYMENT WAS DONE ON THE 21ST OF JANUARY UP 2 DATE NO MONIES IN MY ACCOUNT, I REQUESTED PROOF OF PAYMENT, I CHECKED WITH MY BANK, THERE WAS NO PAYMENT, I HAVE FORWARDED BANK STATEMENT2 IWYZE, I HAVE NOT RECEIVE A FEEDBACK FROM THEM.ITS BEEN 2MONTHS I DONT HAVE A CAR&THEY ARE USELESS&I WILL INFORM THE MEDIA SO THAT OTHER CLIENTS WILL KNOW ABOUT THIS.
