I am disgusted at the Service from Standard Bank Customer Care and Enquiries at Briardene Branch.
I have Debit Orders with money going out through my Bank Account, which I have no knowledge off, I have enqired about this Debit and then was given a Reference No. - they sms me with the Company telephone no. that is deducting this money out of my account and I was told to phone the Company myself and query this - which I have no problem - but then Standard Bank is charging me for every reference R20.00 - my question is what are the people at Standard Bank is doing if they cannot help - its just charges for this and that - and now when I phoned Standard Bank Customer Care to help me how to curb this problem I was told they have no knowledge how to prevent this happening - In other case anybody who have your account no. can debit your account anytime they want for any amount - and if you phone Standard Bank to reverse this they charge you R20.00 - I am so Fed Up with this attitude - and I have been Banking with Standard Bank for years and years - I think now is the time I have to change my Bank. And I was going to transfer my home loan to Standard Bank but this is a eye opene
