This is probably my tenth complaint about the deceased estate department of Standard Bank in six months.
The department is simply the worst of all the other banks - I am an attorney specialising in the administration of deceased estates. The website of the bank does not even have a contact number for the deceased estates department!! It is simply a nigtmare to get balance certificates and payment of credit balances. I have used the po box adress supllied by the bank with previous complaints to send the correspondence to without success once again.
