Insurance claim Absa ref nr 2295885 - Since I registered the claim on 5 December 2012 to get my gatemotor fixed and several calls and promisses that they will follow up, the motor is still out of order. Regarding a second claim, Absa ref nr 2295895 - water damage caused to the ceiling during a hailstorm, they havent even sent an accessor or appointed a contractor. I phoned Absa several times since the claims was registered, but both claims havent been resolved
