No service but took my money

Hi,

I made use of their services on the 19 June 2014. They came out to my house to check the dishwasher. They phoned me and told me that the part and work would be R1397.00. I paid it and is now still waiting for the work and part. I have phoned them every week since then about 3 times and they have an excuse every time. Then they are to busy, then the part has not arrived and it goes on and on. Please don't use these people the look like a scam. They send sms to tel you about their bussiness but dont deliver when it comes to it. Please be warned they take your money and don't return again. I have spoken to Ellen, Matthew and Henk without any results.
