CARD UPGRADE/LIMIT INCREASE APPROVED NO RESPONSE

I applied for a credit card limit increase/card upgrade via my internet banking profile on 28/01/2014. It was approved online, and I received a sms stating that my upgrade was approved as well as an email stating the approval (reference number 589U1B0D). A week later I have heard nothing from FNB neither from the couriers for delivery of my card. Yesterday I phoned FNB credit card division (number supplied on the approval email) and after about an hour of transfers between call centres and the line being cut off I eventually spoke to someone who couldn't even trace the reference number and there was NO indication on the system of me even applying for a credit card limit increase. So AGAIN yesterday I did the online application, received the sms and the email (reference number BX1MPQR2). I have ever since not received any further communication for this, nor is my new "upgraded" account linked to my FNB profile.

I am really frustrated, my wife convinced me to swop to FNB but ever since I did that all that I have experienced is very bad service! Apparently this is the bank to switch to?? I beg to differ.
