I have been in contact with Legalwise Florida branch last year regarding issues experienced at our complex. Some of the issues where resolved however one was referred to an attorney and one was disregarded. I have been emailing them since the 03 December regarding the disregarded issue which has now become an urgent matter to resolve however I still haven't received any response or acknowledgement from any of the counselors.
My subscription is paid to date yet I am still not getting the service I paid for.
This is unacceptable as a clinet of legalwise.
