Almost two weeks later and my gate motor not fixed. Logged a claim 30 Jan, insurance only came out 3Feb and said we need to replace the battery, later the evening the whole gate motor came of the track when it was opened, phoned insurance again Tuesday 4 Feb, and only today 7 Feb its told that the Vistel company can only come out on Tuesday 11 Feb. That gate motor could have fallen on one of my kids. It is unexceptable, and now Vistel just phoned me worried about the security and safety of us, because it was not the gate motor that caused the gate to fall, but the gate itself. Can someone send out an investigator today still as I am very unhappy about the time frame this has taken, mean while I need to leave my kids in the car and battle with a lock to get the gate open, and it is a very high risk to us.

Everyone in the call centre you speak to, can just never help.
